Job summary

Kansas Health System in Kansas City, MO is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for the Surgery scrubs/circulate role. The Clinical Nurse II will assess, document, plan and evaluate patient care for surgical patients, coordinating with families and the health care team.

The position requires ADN with 2+ years of nursing experience; BSN preferred. Licensure as a Registered Nurse and BLS are required. Full-time, on-site with a focus on safe, high-quality perioperative care.

Carries out a plan of care specific to unit competencies for the target patient population. Coordinates care delivery and education through collaboration with patient, family and all health care team providers to ensure safe, effective and quality patient care. Follows organizational policies in providing safe patient care. Performs other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities and Essential Job Functions

Required Education and Experience

Required Licensure and Certification
