Job summary

HSHS Medical Group in Illinois seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) to join the Surgery team at St. Elizabeth’s Hospital in O’Fallon, IL. The role involves coordinating and delivering hands-on acute patient care at the bedside within a dynamic surgical unit.

Ideal candidates are patient-focused, mission-driven caregivers. A BSN is preferred and active RN licensure in-state is required; BLS is also required. Full-time schedule, 40 hours per week, day shifts, with a $15,000 sign-on bonus.
