Job summary

TIUM Staffing LLC is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Surgery unit in Beckley, WV 25801. This in-person, full-time day position offers a salary range of $71,136–$100,256 with a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, retirement, and PTO.

Must have an active RN license in the state and an associate or bachelor's degree; BLS is required within 30 days, ACLS/PALS within six months, and 1 year of surgical experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Current state RN license and nursing degree (associate or bachelor).
• BLS certification required within 30 days of hire; ACLS and PALS within six months.
• One year of Surgery experience preferred.
• ASLS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs accurate and thorough patient assessments and identifies patient needs.
• Initiates appropriate nursing interventions based on assessment findings.
• Provides age- and condition-appropriate nursing care.
• Completes timely and accurate documentation supporting medical necessity in the medical record.
• Develops, implements, and revises interdisciplinary care plans for each patient.
