IU Health is on the lookout for a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor who is committed to driving exceptional patient care. This important position will support our Urgent Care facilities in Noblesville, IN and Broad Ripple, IN. You will collaborate closely with the Practice Manager to lead a dedicated team of support staff in a busy environment that serves approximately 80 patients daily.

In your role as an RN Supervisor, you will embody the mission, vision, and values of Indiana University Health You will adhere to the organization's Code of Ethics and Corporate Compliance, and complies with all relevant policies, procedures, guidelines and all other regulatory and accreditation standards. Your responsibilities will include the coordination of competent, evidence-based care along the care continuum, which includes assessment, diagnosis, outcome identification, planning, implementation, and evaluation. This position may provide leadership, management, and oversight of nursing practice, clinical care delivery, and provide personnel management to assigned clinical staff. This position provides assistance with problem-solving; ensures adequate staffing and material resources are available to support patient care and efficient clinic operations. The nurse adheres to the ANA Scope and Standards of Professional Nursing and the Code of Ethics for Nurses with Interpretive Statements.
