Carthage Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing, part of the Centers Health Care Consortium, is hiring an RN Supervisor for the 11pm–7am shift in Carthage, NY. The role offers a $7,500 sign-on and a salary range of $80,000–$90,000 per year with Daily Pay eligibility.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Schedule and assign nursing staff to complete resident care requirements.

• Monitor confidential information processing to protect resident confidence.
• Document resident care services accurately.

Our salary range is $80,000–$90,000 per year!

11pm-7am Shift: Full-Time (FT)

Duties:

• Complete resident care requirements by scheduling and assigning nursing staff
• Establish a compassionate environment by providing support to residents & families
• Provide information to residents & staff by answering questions and requests
• Maintain a safe & clean working environment by implementing rules & regulations
• Ensure resident confidence by monitoring confidential information processing
• Manage documentation of resident care services
• Promote a cooperative relationship among health care teams

Requirements:

• Must hold valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum 3 years Long-Term Care experience required
• Should be a strong and positive Team Director for all members of the staff
• Familiar with EHR and Prescribing programs
• Excellent communication skills
• Basic computer skills

Up to $50,000 in federal nursing incentives:

Eligible RNs and LPNs at this facility may qualify for up to $40,000 in student loan repayment plus a $10,000 stipend through CMS’s Nurses for Nursing Homes program with a three-year service commitment. Subject to program eligibility, approval, and available funding.
