Hospital Details

Vibra Specialty Hospital of Portland, located in Portland, OR, is a 65-bed Critical Care Hospital providing acute care services to patients recovering from serious illnesses or injuries. Our patients often require additional critical care services for complex conditions such as trauma, infectious diseases, wound healing, cardiovascular disease, stroke, amputation, and ventilator weaning. As a smaller, specialized hospital, we offer a fast-paced and friendly work environment where you get to know your patients and their families.

Responsibilities

• Deliver efficient, high-quality patient care.
• Manage personnel and coordinate nursing activities for the shift in accordance with hospital policies.
• Develop systems and procedures for daily operations, and provide training and support to staff.

Required Skills

• Diploma or Associate of Science Degree in Nursing.
• Valid RN license in the state of employment.
• Current BLS and ACLS certification from a Vibra-approved vendor.

Additional Qualifications/Skills

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing (preferred).
• Critical care experience (preferred).
• Three years of experience in an acute care setting (preferred).
• Prior supervisory experience (preferred).
• CCR... (preferred).
• Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance.
• Strong organizational and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency with computer applications used in job functions.
