Registered Nurse RN Supervisor Delivery Room FT Nights

Position Summary:

The Clinical Supervisor, in collaboration with the Director, is responsible for the safe operation of the department, including patient care, staffing, fiscal responsibility, and strategic goals. This leader implements, supervises, and evaluates safe patient care while promoting a safe environment for employees, families, and visitors. The Clinical Supervisor maintains clinical and professional competency appropriate to the population's ages, developmental stages, and needs. Service excellence is promoted at all times.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Education: Associate's degree in Nursing required.
  • Minimum Experience: 2-3 years of Acute Care or comparable experience with demonstrated leadership ability preferred.
  • Required Certifications: A valid Multi-State RN License from your state of residence. If from another Compact state, apply for and obtain a Multi-State RN License within 30 days. American Heart Association BLS CPR required. Additional certifications may be required within orientation.
