Position Summary:

The Clinical Supervisor, in collaboration with the Director, is responsible for the continuous safe operation of the assigned department, including patient care, staffing, fiscal responsibility, and strategic goals. This role involves leadership in implementing, supervising, and evaluating safe patient care while promoting a safe environment for employees, families, and visitors. The Clinical Supervisor maintains clinical and professional competency appropriate to the patient population's ages, developmental stages, and needs. Service excellence is promoted at all times.

Qualifications:

• Competent in all assigned areas.
• Proven leadership skills, including achievement, management, interpersonal relations, problem-solving, critical thinking, positive communication, and personal performance.
• Minimum Licensure and Certification: Valid Permanent Multi-State RN License from your residing state. If holding an RN license from another Compact state, you must obtain a Multi-State RN License within 30 days.
• CPR certification required.
• Additional certifications depend on the specific unit.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred or actively pursuing a degree with a designated graduation date.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of acute care or comparable experience with demonstrated leadership ability.
