Responsibilities of an RN Supervisor:

• Oversee staff to ensure regulatory compliance and quality care through proactive rounds
• Address clinical needs of residents, assist with admissions, and complete clinical documentation as necessary
• Liaise with residents and family members
• Perform all other duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing

Requirements of an RN Supervisor:

• Must have an active RN certification in the state of NJ
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing home experience in a supervisory capacity
