Job summary

Saint Vincent Hospital in Worcester, MA is seeking an experienced nursing leader to supervise and coordinate the activities of nursing personnel across one or more patient care units. You will ensure patient needs are met and drive high-quality nursing care and performance.

You will plan training, coordinate with related departments, and participate in unit planning. CPR certified and nursing license are required, with a bachelor’s or master’s degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Education: Academic degree in nursing.
• Licensure/Certification: Currently licensed, certified, or registered to practice as required by law.
• CPR certification required.
