A leading organization dedicated to supporting individuals with disabilities is seeking an RN Supervisor. This full-time role involves ensuring quality medical care, staff training, and collaboration within a supportive team environment. The ideal candidate will have a valid NYS RN license and experience with developmental disabilities.

*Some Job Responsibilities: *
* It is the responsibility of the RN Supervisor to ensure that all individuals at their site(s) receive comprehensive and quality medical care.
* It is the responsibility of the RN Supervisor to ensure that all staff at their site(s) are thoroughly trained on all medical topics.
* It is the responsibility of the RN Supervisor to effectively collaborate within their department as well as with other departments to achieve mutual goals.
* It is the responsibility of the RN Supervisor to ensure that all medical charts and documents are in place and thoroughly completed.
* It is the responsibility of the RN Supervisor to ensure clear and concise communication with all relevant parties (Supervisors, Residential Nurses, and Families)
* It is the responsibility of the RN Supervisor to ensure that their own time and attendance does not negatively impact the individuals on their caseload.
* It is the responsibility of the RN Supervisor to model professional/clinical behavior.
* It is the responsibility of the RN Supervisor to participate in trainings that will help them better understand and support those they work with.
The ideal candidate will have passion for helping others, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently as well as in a team setting.
*Job Qualifications:*
* Valid NYS RN license
* Experience working with individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities preferred
* Valid NYS Driver’s License.
* Must be able to sit, stand, lift 50 lbs.

Pay: $72,852.00 - $77,142.00 per year
