Cooperstown Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing, part of Centers Health Care, is hiring an RN Supervisor for Evening/Night shifts in Cooperstown, NY. A $5,000 Sign-On Bonus is offered, with Daily Pay available through a trusted provider.

The role oversees nursing staff, ensures quality resident care, and supports families. The ideal candidate holds an RN license, has LTC experience, and demonstrates strong leadership, excellent communication, and basic computer skills.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Minimum 3 years Long-Term Care experience preferred.
• Should be a strong and positive Team Director for all staff.
• Familiar with EHR and Prescribing programs.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and assign nursing staff to meet resident care requirements.
• Provide support to residents and families to foster a compassionate environment.
• Answer questions and requests to residents and staff.
• Maintain a safe, clean working environment by following rules and regulations.
• Monitor confidential information processing to protect resident privacy.
• Document resident care services accurately.
• Promote cooperative relationships among health care teams.
