Position Summary

The RN Supervisor is responsible for the coordination of the patient’s care and services. Promotes quality care using a collaborative process that coordinates, monitors, and evaluates services according to the needs of patients. Works together with the patient and family in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and Life Care standards.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading and supporting your nursing teammates through the evening shift

• Making sure our residents receive top-notch, compassionate care

• Helping with patient assessments and making clinical decisions when needed

• Jumping in where needed — whether it’s guiding a new nurse or talking with a family member

• Keeping things running smoothly and making sure everything’s documented properly

Who You Are

• A licensed Registered Nurse (RN) or BSN in PA

• You’ve got 1 year of nursing experience (bonus if it’s in long-term care)

• Comfortable being in charge — you’re the kind of person others naturally look to for guidance

• Calm under pressure and always ready with a solution

• A great communicator who builds trust with staff, residents, and families
