Acts Retirement-Life Communities is seeking an RN Supervisor to oversee nursing care in the skilled nursing neighborhood. You will supervise direct and indirect care, coordinate assignments, and support the Director of Nursing in staff evaluations.

The role requires an RN license, at least two years of supervisory nursing experience, CPR certification, and strong nursing principle knowledge. Competitive benefits and a generous compensation package accompany the position.

Acts is currently seeking qualified candidates for the role of Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor in our skilled nursing neighborhood.

In this role, you will supervise all aspects of direct and indirect nursing care to the residents in our skilled nursing neighborhood. Prepares, reviews, and coordinates nursing assignments and work schedules to assure attendance and makes arrangements for replacements as necessary. Assists the Director of Nursing in the job performance evaluation of nursing personnel.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:

• Current State license as Registered Nurse (RN)
• Minimum of two years related nursing experience with increasing supervisory responsibilities
• Current or eligible for certification in CPR
• Advanced knowledge of nursing principles and physical assessment skills

Pay Range

$37.08 - $48.38 / hour. Starting rate will vary based on skills and experience.
