Hope Center in Bronx, NY is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor for the Evening Shift (4PM-12AM). Daily Pay and premium health coverage through Aetna are offered.

Responsibilities include supervising nursing staff, ensuring resident care, and maintaining safety and confidentiality. Requires valid RN license, at least 3 years in Long-Term Care, strong leadership, and familiarity with EHR and prescribing programs.

Qualifications

• Must hold valid RN license.
• Minimum 3 years Long-Term Care experience.
• Should be a strong and positive Team Director for all staff.
• Familiar with EHR and Prescribing programs.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and assign nursing staff to complete resident care requirements.
• Provide support to residents and families to create a compassionate environment.
• Answer questions and requests to inform residents and staff.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment by enforcing rules and regulations.
• Monitor confidential information processing to protect resident data.
• Document resident care services accurately.
• Promote cooperation among health care teams.
