Job summary

Acts Retirement-Life Communities in Pennsylvania is seeking an experienced RN Supervisor to oversee the delivery of nursing care in our skilled nursing neighborhood. You will supervise both direct and indirect care, coordinate nursing assignments, and adjust work schedules to ensure full coverage.

The role partners with the Director of Nursing to evaluate staff performance and support professional development.

Qualifications

• Current State license as Registered Nurse (RN).
• Minimum of two years related nursing experience with increasing supervisory responsibilities.
• Current or eligible for certification in CPR.
• Advanced knowledge of nursing principles and physical assessment skills.

Responsibilities

Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor

In this role, you will supervise all aspects of direct and indirect nursing care to the residents in our skilled nursing neighborhood. Prepares, reviews, and coordinates nursing assignments and work schedules to assure attendance and makes arrangements for replacements as necessary. Assists the Director of Nursing in the job performance evaluation of nursing personnel.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:

• Current State license as Registered Nurse (RN)
• Minimum of two years related nursing experience with increasing supervisory responsibilities
• Current or eligible for certification in CPR
• Advanced knowledge of nursing principles and physical assessment skills

Pay Range

$54.00 - $54.00 / hour. Starting rate will vary based on skills and experience.
