Responsibilities

1. Provide direct, compassionate care to residents, ensuring high quality standards.
2. Supervise daily activities of nursing assistants.
3. Operate in compliance with all applicable standards, guidelines, and regulations.
4. Ensure nursing staff adhere to facility policies and procedures.

Qualifications

1. Active RN license in the state of residence.
2. Current CPR certification.
3. Customer service orientation and ability to work under pressure.
4. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple projects.
5. Excellent assessment, documentation, and confidentiality skills.

Position Details

RN Weekend Evening Supervisor (7 PM - 7 AM, Friday-Sunday). Earn up to $44.61/hour base DOE plus an additional $8/hr for WOW shifts. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), tuition reimbursement, paid time off, and more.
