Acts is currently seeking qualified candidates for the role of Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor in our skilled nursing neighborhood.

JOB TYPE: Per diem

SHIFTS: 3p-11p

In this role, you will supervise all aspects of direct and indirect nursing care to the residents in our skilled nursing neighborhood. Responsibilities include preparing, reviewing, and coordinating nursing assignments and work schedules to ensure attendance, as well as making arrangements for replacements as necessary. You will assist the Director of Nursing in evaluating the performance of nursing personnel, providing counseling and discipline as needed.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:

  • Current State license as Registered Nurse (RN)
  • Minimum of two years related nursing experience with increasing supervisory responsibilities
  • Current or eligible for certification in CPR
  • Advanced knowledge of nursing principles and physical assessment skills

Pay Range

$54.00 per hour. The starting rate varies based on skills and experience.
