Job summary

Acts Retirement-Life Communities is seeking an RN Weekend Supervisor to oversee all nursing care within the skilled nursing neighborhood on weekend shifts (8:00 AM–4:30 PM). You will coordinate assignments, ensure coverage, and support the Director of Nursing in performance evaluations.

The role requires an RN license, at least two years of supervisory nursing experience, CPR certification, and strong assessment skills.

Qualifications

• Current State RN license.
• Minimum of two years nursing experience with supervisory responsibilities.
• Current or eligible for certification in CPR.
• Advanced knowledge of nursing principles and physical assessment skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all aspects of direct and indirect nursing care for residents in the skilled nursing neighborhood.
• Prepare, review, and coordinate nursing assignments and work schedules; arrange replacements as needed.
• Assist the Director of Nursing in evaluating nursing personnel.

JOB TYPE: RN WEEKEND SUPERVISOR

SHIFTS: EVERY WEEKEND 8-4:30

In this role, you will supervise all aspects of direct and indirect nursing care to the residents in our skilled nursing neighborhood. Prepares, reviews, and coordinates nursing assignments and work schedules to assure attendance and makes arrangements for replacements as necessary. Assists the Director of Nursing in the job performance evaluation of nursing personnel.

Requirements

• Current State license as Registered Nurse (RN)
• Minimum of two years related nursing experience with increasing supervisory responsibilities
• Current or eligible for certification in CPR
• Advanced knowledge of nursing principles and physical assessment skills

Pay Range

$37.08 - $48.38 / hour. Starting rate will vary based on skills and experience.
