Sentara Norfolk General Hospital is seeking a full-time, temporary Registered Nurse (RN) Stroke Program Coordinator/Navigator to help drive patient progression, reduce length of stay, and support exceptional outcomes for our stroke population.
The Stroke Program Coordinator/ Navigator applies professional nursing judgment, clinical expertise, and technical knowledge to support comprehensive neurological and stroke patient care. This role helps ensure assessment, management, implementation, and evaluation of interventions aligned with accrediting agency requirements, disease-specific program certifications, CMS expectations, and Sentara standards.
Location: Sentara Norfolk General Hospital – Norfolk, VA
Position Status: Full-time, 40 hours per week
