Atrium Health Navicent is seeking a skilled registered nurse for the 3 East Medical-Surgical floor. You will provide comprehensive patient care across a broad range of conditions, from post-operative recovery to telemetry- monitored cases, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

The role requires graduation from an accredited nursing program, an active RN license in the state, and BLS certification. You will join a supportive leadership culture focused on quality outcomes and patient safety

Qualificações

• Completion of an accredited nursing program.
• RN license in the practicing state.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers certification from the American Heart Association.

Primary Patient Population

Adult patients with acute and chronic medical conditions such as diabetes, respiratory illnesses, and cardiovascular disorders. Post-operative patients recovering from general, orthopedic, or abdominal surgeries. Patients requiring telemetry monitoring for cardiac observation and complex medication management. Typical Nurse to patient ration is 5:1

We’re Looking For

• Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association
• Add additional preferred qualifications

What You’ll Do

• As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
• Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skills communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
