The RN supports the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) in maintaining clinical competency, resource management, and adherence to safety protocols, including infection control and risk management.

• Coordinate patient care within prescribed medical regimes.
• Perform hospital incident command system roles during emergencies and understand emergency codes.
