Job summary

NurseCore in San Antonio, TX is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver compassionate care across local facilities. You will work per diem shifts in your area, administer medications, and follow patient care plans per facility policies.

Requirements include an active Texas RN license, CPR/BLS certification, and 1 year of nursing experience preferred. We offer flexible scheduling, weekly pay, daily-pay option (eligibility), and healthcare benefits.

Qualifications

• Active Texas RN license or license recognized for practice in Texas.
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience preferred.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Current TB/PPD test or chest X-ray.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, compassionate nursing care to patients in a variety of healthcare settings.
• Pick up available per diem shifts at facilities in your local area.
• Provide nursing care, treatments, and services according to patient care plans and facility policies.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered and within the LVN scope of practice.
• Monitor and report changes in patients' conditions to the appropriate healthcare professional.
• Collaborate with RNs, physicians, facility staff, and other healthcare professionals.
• Complete accurate and timely patient documentation.
• Follow facility policies, procedures, and applicable Texas regulations.
• Maintain a safe and professional environment for patients and staff.
