Tower Health's Special Care unit in Reading, PA is seeking a Registered Nurse to develop, implement and evaluate the nursing plan of patient care while collaborating with all disciplines to execute the medical plan of care.
The unit cares for antepartum, GYN patients, NICU moms, and Mother Baby overflow, supported by RNs and PCAs; PA RN license and nursing degree are required along with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Special Care, R2E, is a 17 bed unit for antepartum, GYN patients, NICU moms, and Mother Baby overflow. The unit skill mix includes RNs and PCAs.
