Presbyterian Senior Care Network's Manchester Commons in Erie, PA seeks an RN for the Premium Evening Program. The RN oversees clinical and administrative tasks across nursing neighborhoods, coordinating care goals and guiding staff to uphold resident-centered care within a single building.

Ideal candidates have PA RN licensure, LTC experience preferred, and strong time management with a collaborative, compassionate approach to residents and families.

Erie, PA – Full Time; Hourly, Non-exempt

Premium Program Rate: $40.50/hour + $3,000 sign on bonus

The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for the clinical and administrative needs of the neighborhood(s). Coordinates and is accountable for the activities of the nursing neighborhood(s). Implements nursing goals through assessment, planning, organizing, and evaluating nursing interventions. Motivates and directs team members to ensure conformity with nursing philosophy and objectives to attain quality resident care.

Requirements For The Registered Nurse (RN)
