Job summary

Blessing Health System in Quincy, IL, seeks an experienced RN for a leadership-focused nursing role. You will assess patient problems, lead care plan development and evaluation, and provide direct nursing care across ages from neonate to geriatric.

The ideal candidate has 1 year of nursing experience, is a graduate of an RN program, holds a current RN license, and will obtain ACLS/PALS within the first year; TNCC and ECRN within one year.

Qualifications

• One year nursing experience.
• Graduate of an RN School of Nursing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• ACLS within six months.
• PALS required at end of one year.
• TNCC required at end of one year.
• ECRN required at end of one year.
• Possesses current State RN license.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient and family health problems and resources and lead care plan development.
• Provide direct nursing care and interventions to designated patient populations.
• Care for patients across age ranges from neonate to geriatric.
