Blessing Health System in Quincy, IL is hiring an RN to assume a leadership role in assessing patient needs and guiding the plan of care. You will provide direct nursing care across all ages and participate in quality and safety initiatives.

The role requires one year of nursing experience, RN licensure, and certifications (ACLS, PALS, TNCC, ECRN). A BSN is preferred, with a competitive benefits package and state-of-the-art facilities.

Qualifications

• One year nursing experience
• Graduate of an RN School of Nursing
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• ACLS, within six months
• PALS, required at end of one year
• TNCC required at end of one year
• ECRN, required at end of one year
• BSN is preferred

Responsabilités

• Assess patient and family health problems and resources
• Lead development, implementation, and evaluation of the care plan
• Provide direct nursing care and interventions to designated patients
• Care across age groups from neonate to geriatric
• Support the hospital's mission and participate in Performance Improvement and Patient Safety efforts
