Job summary

MetroWest Medical Center in Natick, MA seeks a Registered Nurse to provide direct clinical patient care on a per‑shift basis and supervise staff, reporting to the Chief Nursing Officer to ensure high‑quality, safe nursing care.

You will coordinate care using the nursing process, adhere to safety and infection control standards, participate in emergencies, and support hospital operations with resource management.

Qualifications

• Graduated from a state approved school of nursing or an accredited school.
• Currently licensed or registered to practice as required by law in the state of practice.
• CPR certification is required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, safe nursing care to all patients.
• Coordinate and integrate patient care based on the nursing process.
• Adhere to established safety standards, risk management, and infection control practices to optimize patient outcomes.
• Coordinate and plan patient care within the prescribed medical regime.
• Perform HICS responsibilities during emergencies as directed by the facility.
