Job summary

Arcadia Care Watseka is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality care in a collaborative, team-based environment in Watseka, IL. The RN will perform resident assessments, collaborate on Care Plan development with other healthcare professionals, coordinate with the IDT to optimize health outcomes, supervise CNAs, and ensure compliance with IDPH/CMS.

Requirements include an Active Illinois RN license and LTC experience preferred; strong communication and leadership
