Job summary

Sweetwater Care is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team in Oroville, CA. The RN will develop and implement comprehensive care plans, collaborate with physicians and therapists, and ensure safe medication administration for residents.

The ideal candidate holds an active RN license, has prior SNF/LTC experience, and demonstrates a strong commitment to resident-centered care. Flexibility in scheduling is required to meet patient needs and facility policies.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensures proper resident care in a clean, safe environment.
• Develop and ensure nursing care plan; collaborate with physicians, therapists, and nursing assistants
• Makes nursing diagnoses, which serve as the basis for the strategy of care
• Collaborates with the resident, members of the healthcare team
• Records the administration of medication
• Monitor assigned staff to ensure established safety regulations are followed and that all tasks are performed following all state and government regulations and safety procedures as outlined by the facility
• Follows procedures related to the use of nursing equipment and supplies
• Performs other duties as directed

• SNF/LTC experience preferred
