Whatever your needs are, the Director will work with you to create a schedule that works for you! We have a Per Diem Registered Nurse opportunity available for visits in Senior Living communities in Bucks County.

Requirements:

1. Must be available Monday-Friday between 8:30am-5:00pm.
2. Position is 2 days/week within the above hours.

• Perform client assessments and coordinate case management.

Qualifications

• Current Pennsylvania RN license.
• 2-3 years of recent clinical experience; home care experience preferred but not required.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong interpersonal and computer skills, EMR experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel to cases as assigned.
