Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Raleigh-Durham Senior Living office on a part-time, per-visit basis. You will care for adult and geriatric clients across Garner, Fuquay Varina, and South Raleigh areas, following patient care plans and documenting in an EMR.

Requirements include a current NC RN license, at least one year of clinical experience, and the ability to travel to cases. Home health experience is preferred.

• Graduation from accredited nursing program.
• Ability to travel to cases.

Responsibilities

• Follow designated care plan in patient needs.
• Make home visits to clients in geographic territories.
• Administer medication, wound care, treatments and procedures.
• Monitor clients' conditions and report changes.
• Follow up, execute, and document doctors' orders.
• Perform client assessments as necessary.
• Case management and coordination.
• Document observations and evaluations in EMR.

BAYADA Home Health is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team part time in our Raleigh-Durham Senior Living office.

This office services our adult and geriatric clients on a per visit basis in senior living communities throughout Garner, Fuquay Varina, and South Raleigh areas.

Registered Nurse (RN) Responsibilities:

• Follow a designated care plan in accordance with patient's needs
• Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories
• Perform assigned duties, including administration of medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures
• Monitor clients' conditions; reporting changes to Clinical or Client Services Manager
• Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders
• Perform client assessments as necessary
• Case management and coordination
• Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations pertaining to client care management and services provided, utilizing a state-of-the-art touch pad tablet

Qualifications for a Registered Nurse (RN):

• A current license as a Registered Nurse in North Carolina.
• A minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience.
• Prior home care experience strongly preferred, but not required.
• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Solid computer skills; prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.
• Ability to travel to cases as assigned
