Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care in North Carolina seeks an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for full-time home health visits across Forsyth and Guilford counties, including Winston-Salem. The role focuses on adult and geriatric patients living in senior communities.

The ideal candidate will hold an NC RN license with at least one year of clinical experience, and be able to travel to cases. Strong interpersonal and EMR skills are required to deliver compassionate, reliable care.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active North Carolina Registered Nurse license.
• A minimum of one year of recent clinical (medical/surgical) experience.
• Home health or senior living community experience is preferred but not required.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program is required.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong interpersonal skills are essential.
• Solid computer skills; EMR experience preferred.
• Ability to travel to cases as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Follow a designated care plan in accordance with patient needs.
• Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories.
• Administer medications, perform wound care, treatments and procedures.
• Monitor clients' conditions; report changes to Clinical or Client Services Manager.
• Follow up with, execute, and document doctors' orders accurately.
• Perform client assessments as necessary.
• Case management and coordination.
• Document observations, interventions, and evaluations for client care using a touch pad tablet.

Registered Nurse (RN) Responsibilities:

• Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations pertaining to client care management and services provided, utilizing a state-of-the-art touch pad tablet

Qualifications for a Registered Nurse (RN):

• A current license as a Registered Nurse in North Carolina.
• A minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience.
• Prior home health or senior living community experience preferred, but not required.
• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Solid computer skills; prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.
• Ability to travel to cases as assigned.
