Sentara Health is hiring a Registered Nurse to join the Resource Pool at Sentara Norfolk General Hospital in Norfolk, VA. This Flexi/PRN night shift position requires 18 months RN experience in Med/Surg, IMCU, or ICU, and involves caring for patients, rounds checks, and coordinating with families.

Overview

Sentara is currently hiring a Registered Nurse to work in the Resource Pool at Sentara Norfolk General Hospital. This is a Flexi/PRN Night Shift position located in Norfolk, VA.

Position Overview

Med/Surg, IMCU or ICU experience 18 months of RN experience required for Resource Pool Flexi/PRN; night shift.

Responsibilities

This position's primary duties include assessing/admitting patients, rounding checks, giving medications, talking with family members, and being responsible for the overall care of your patients. You will find that teamwork is exceptional, with everyone working together to ensure the best care for our patients.

Compensation

We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits.

The base pay range for full-time employment is $41.93 - $61.01 hourly.

Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call pay, overtime, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
