The Baxter Health RN Residency Programprovidesacomprehensive on-boarding experience to transition and supportnewly graduated registered nurses, from students, to safe, competent professional practitioners.The Baxter Health RN Residency includes an evidence-based curriculum, guided clinical experience with a preceptor and supportive components.
This program was designed for RN graduates and RN's with six (6) months or less experience. RN's with less than one year of acute care experience are eligible. Specific criteria must be met.
Required Documents Include:

• Resume

Must be licensed or eligible for licensure as a Registered Nurse by the start date of the Cohort for which you are applying.

Once all documents have been received, interviews will be scheduled.
