Job summary

Atrium Health Navicent The Medical Center in Macon, GA, seeks a compassionate RN for the 3W Renal Med‑Surg unit. A sign‑on bonus is available to applicants who have not received one from the company in the past 24 months.

You will provide patient‑centered care using the nursing process, coordinate with the care team, and help ensure a safe, healing environment.

Requirements: accredited nursing program completion, Georgia RN license, and BLS certification.

3W Renal is a 20-bed Med-Surg unit specializing in renal care, known for excellent quality outcomes and teamwork. Our collaborative and supportive culture makes it great place for nurses to build expertise and thrive.

We’re Looking For:

• Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association
• Add additional preferred qualifications

What You’ll Do:

• As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
• Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skills communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
