Job summary

The Rehabilitation Hospital of Montana, part of Lifepoint Health, is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for a full-time day shift in Billings, MT. A $15,000 sign-on bonus with a 30‑month commitment is available.

Provide direct and indirect patient care, develop care plans, and collaborate with the care team to optimize recovery outcomes. Minimum qualifications include an accredited nursing degree (BSN/ADN/Diploma), active RN license, and CPR/BCLS.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program (BSN/ADN or Diploma).
• Current state license as Registered Nurse.
• CPR/BCLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide planning and delivery of direct and indirect patient care using the nursing process.
• Develop nursing care plans in coordination with patient, family and interdisciplinary staff.
• Communicate changes in patient condition with physicians, nursing leadership and team.
• Participate in discharge planning process.

Position Summary

Provides planning and delivery of direct and indirect patient care through the nursing process of Assessment, Planning, Intervention, and Evaluation. Develop nursing care plans in coordination with patient, family and interdisciplinary staff as necessary. Communicates changes in patient's clinical condition with Physicians, Nursing Supervisor/Manager, and co-workers as appropriate. Participates in discharges planning process.

Minimum Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Associate Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma program.
• Current state license as Registered Nurse
• CPR/BCLS certification

Preferred Qualifications

• ACLS
• CRRN
• Six (6) months' Medical/Surgical experience
• Six (6) months to One (1) Rehabilitation experience
