Reading Hospital Rehabilitation at Wyomissing is seeking a Registered Nurse to join a multidisciplinary team on the Transitional Subacute Unit. You will evaluate patients, plan and document care, and support rehabilitation goals in a 50-bed unit.
The full-time night shift runs 11:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m. with every other weekend and holiday rotation. PA RN license required; prior RN experience in acute or rehab settings preferred; strong communication and patient education skills are essential.

The Transitional Subacute Unit is a 50-bed unit that provides comprehensive, multidisciplinary care for residents who are medically stable but require continued skilled nursing, rehabilitation, and clinical monitoring following acute hospitalization. The unit serves individuals with a variety of diagnosis’ who need additional time to regain strength, mobility, independence, and functional abilities before returning home or transitioning to a lower level of care.
