Bonaventure Senior Living is seeking a Regional Nurse Consultant to travel between Bonney Lake, Maple Valley, East Wenatchee and Richland, Washington, delivering support to our communities and guiding care standards.

This RN will ensure regulatory compliance, mentor staff, and participate in evaluating resident care, with a starting salary of $115,000–$125,000 per year.

Salary Starting at $115,000-$125,000

This position requires:

• Dedication to detail.
• Ability to communicate information to a variety of nursing and community care staff.
• Assisting with planning, setting standards and evaluating care of the patients we serve.
• Ensuring that we are meeting regulatory standards and effects correctional measures as needed.
• Providing advice and leadership to the community nursing staff.
• The ability to travel to various communities throughout the Northwest.
• This person serves on a teamwith otherRegional Nurse Consultants to set direction and standards.
