Job summary

HSHS Medical Group in Wisconsin seeks a Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Department float pool. Ideal candidates are patient-focused, mission-driven caregivers ready to apply clinical knowledge across departments and a wide range of conditions.

This full-time role covers nights, 36 hours per week, with shifts every third week. Experienced RNs may receive up to a $10,000 sign-on bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Graduate from accredited nursing program required.
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred.
• 2 years RN experience preferred.
• Licensed RN in state of practice; WI license within 30 days.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) required; specialty cert preferred for float.

Responsibilities

• Provide RN care in the Emergency Department float pool across departments.
• Cover night shift; work with flexible rotation as needed.
• Support patient-focused care across locations including Green Bay and nearby communities.

Position Specifics

• Department: Regional Float Pool - EDo
• Core Function: Nursingo
• Schedule: Full time, 36 hrs/wk, Night shift, every 3rd week
• Facilities: St. Vincent, St Mary’s, St. Nicholas and St. Clare
• Location: Green Bay, Sheboygan, and Oconto Falls
• Up to $10,000 sign on bonus for experienced RN's

Education Qualifications

Graduate from an accredited and approved school of nursing accepted for licensure in the state of practice is required.

Bachelor’s degree in nursing is preferred.

Experience Qualifications

2 years experience as a Registered Nurse is preferred.

Certifications, Licenses and Registrations

Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of practice is required.

Wisconsin: RNs may begin employment with a valid multi-state RN license; a WI RN license will be required within 30 days of establishing permanent residency.

Basic Life Support (BLS) is required.

Certification in area of specialty is preferred but, in some cases, may be required to float.
