Job summary

Ardent Health Services seeks a Recovery Room RN for a day shift, full-time role in Tulsa, OK, at Hillcrest Hospital South. The position supports the hospital’s mission through skilled perioperative nursing in a high-quality environment.

The RN must graduate from an accredited nursing program with an active Oklahoma or multi-state license, hold BLS, and obtain ACLS/PALS within the specified timelines. Strong teamwork and leadership are essential for patient care delivery.

Qualifications

• BLS certification within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to direct patient care.
• ACLS within 6 months of date of hire.
• PALS within 6 months of date of hire.
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a valid RN license (state or multi-state).

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care following the nursing process for all patients.
• Supervise, delegate, and coordinate unit personnel when in charge.
• Promote teamwork with physicians and other departments.

Responsibilities

Position has the responsibility for supporting the mission, vision, values of the hospital; demonstrating the knowledge and skills to carry out the nursing process when providing care to all patients; meeting the established standards of the AORN nursing practice in supervising, delegating, and coordinating personnel assigned to the unit when in charge; promoting teamwork with physicians and personnel of other departments.

Qualifications

Job Requirements:

• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a valid Multi State or Oklahoma RN license
• BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care
• ACLS within 6 months of date of hire
• PALS within 6 months of date of hire

Preferred Job Requirements:

• One or more current years of acute care experience as a RN with (1) year peri-operative nursing experience
