Advocate Health Union in Monroe, NC is seeking a skilled RN for PRN shifts. Requires at least 6 months RN experience, state RN licensure, and BLS; ACLS within 6 months of hire. Inpatient setting with diverse care, including emergency services; hospital campus offers multiple medical services.

Position is PRN with varied shifts; compensation falls within the listed pay range and reflects shift differentials and benefits described by the facility.

We're Looking For:

Candidates must have at least 6 months of RN experience, this position is not for new graduates. Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association ACLS Required within 6 months of hire 1 year of inpatient RN experience preferred

What You'll Do:

As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures. Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skills communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.

Atrium Health Union is a 182-bed hospital in Monroe, NC, providing comprehensive emergency services and specialty medical care. The campus offers a variety of medical services, including a day surgery center, cancer treatment center, long-term care facility, behavioral health center, specialty care clinics, a community wellness and outreach program, a women and children's center, interventional heart program and physician practices.
