Job summary

NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital in Brooklyn is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for Radiology, part-time Saturdays, to cover MRI and CT services. You’ll join an action-oriented team delivering evidence-based nursing and patient-centered care in a fast-paced imaging environment.

The role requires a BSN, NYS RN license, and BLS/ACLS/PALS. A minimum of one year in med-surg and radiology experience is preferred; on-site Saturdays only, 6:30am–9:30pm, with competitive benefits and opportunities for

Qualifications

• Must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) and a New York State RN license.
• Prior radiology experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of med-surg nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care for radiology patients during MRI and CT procedures.
• Collaborate with radiology team to ensure patient safety and workflow.
• Support patient education and post-procedure care on Saturdays.

This is a Part Time position, working 6:30am - 9:30pm on Saturdays

Preferred Criteria

• Prior radiology experience
• Prior critical care experience

Required Criteria

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
• New York State Registered Nurse License
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications from the American Heart Association
• 1 year med-surg experience
