Responsibilities:

• Administer prescribed medications and initiate intravenous therapies accurately.
• Conduct thorough health assessments and formulate individualized nursing care plans.
• Make daily rounds to assess residents' physical and emotional status, implementing necessary interventions.
• Respond to resident and family concerns, documenting and communicating issues as appropriate.
• Serve as a shift leader and resource to other staff members on the unit.
