What You Will Do in This Role

• Assess patient condition during admission and shifts, reporting changes.
• Perform procedures and monitor patient status as ordered, documenting care thoroughly.
• Respond promptly to patient requests and anticipate needs.
• Coordinate with the care team to develop and deliver holistic treatment plans.
• Act as an interface between healthcare providers and community support systems for ongoing care.

Qualifications Needed

• Basic Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days of employment.
• Nonviolent Crisis Intervention certification within 90 days of employment.
• Registered Nurse license.
• Registered Nurse Diploma.
