Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center is a 420-bed teaching hospital, trauma center, neonatal intensive care unit, geriatrics center, and home to the Johns Hopkins Burn Center, the only adult burn trauma center in Maryland. The Registered Nurse (RN) in the Adult Mobile Treatment Outpatient Community Psychiatry Program provides integrated somatic and psychiatric care to adults with mental health diagnoses and complex medical conditions. This community-based role involves direct patient care in homes, community settings, and via telemedicine. Key responsibilities include coordinating somatic treatments, administering medications, supporting psychiatric providers, documenting in EPIC, and responding to changes in patients’ conditions. The RN also delivers case management, individual counseling, crisis intervention, and patient education. This position requires strong clinical judgment, collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, and a commitment to holistic, community-focused mental health care.

Shifts: 8-hour day shift (Monday-Friday)

Who Should Apply:

Applicants with an Associate’s degree in nursing from an accredited program may be considered; provided they are enrolled in an accredited BSN/MSN program within 1 year of hire and complete the degree within 5 years of hire.

Salary Range: Minimum $38.49/hour - Maximum $59.66/hour. Compensation will be based on equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.

In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls before any subsequent compensation discussions between the candidate and the hiring authority.
