Job description

CaroMont Health is hiring a Full-time Registered Nurse to work Weekend Day shifts within our Progressive Coronary Care Telemetry Unit at the CaroMont Regional Medical Center in Gastonia, NC!

Sign-on Bonus up to $13,000 based on experience!

Registered Nurse Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Render professional nursing care to a designated group of patients within the hospital.

2. Collaborate with the medical staff and healthcare team to provide quality patient care.

3. Perform activities in accordance with approved policies and guidelines.

4. Supervise and delegate tasks to ancillary personnel.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

1. Current RN license to practice in NC (NC licensure or multi-state (compact) license).

2. Recent acute care experience within the past 3 years preferred.

3. Minimum of 6 months hospital experience preferred.

4. Meet general hospital and departmental competency requirements.

5. Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIH Stroke, NRP, STABLE, or TNCC as required by specialty.
