Duties & Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care for patients requiring advanced monitoring
• Monitor patient conditions, interpret vital signs, and respond promptly to changes in patient status
• Administer medications, manage IV infusions, and provide specialized treatments according to physician orders
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure continuity of care
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses accurately and timely in the electronic health record
• Participate in patient education efforts, discharge planning, and ongoing interdisciplinary rounds
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications
