Responsibilities

Working with a dedicated team of healthcare professionals, our Registered Nurses provide evidence-based care to acutely ill adult medical patients. Our Registered Nurses specialize in cardiac care and are certified in ACLS to recognize and intervene during emergencies. In addition to comprehensive patient assessments and diverse skill performance, our Registered Nurses collaborate with the multidisciplinary care team to ensure patients receive high quality care.

Requirements

• A diploma/degree from an accredited nursing school (a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing is strongly preferred, or agreement to enroll within six months of employment)
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license with the (MBON) Maryland Board of Nursing
• Basic Life Support CPR
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) within 1 year of hire, within 18 months of hire if new graduate.

Salary Information

Compensation decisions are made in alignment with internal equity, role scope, and market data to ensure fair and consistent pay practices. Most new hires are typically placed within the lower to mid-portion of the range; offers above that level are reserved for candidates with advanced or highly specialized qualifications.
