Job summary

Ardent Health Services seeks a Night Shift, PRN Progressive Care (PCU) Registered Nurse in Pocatello, ID. You will provide direct patient care under providers and support Portneuf Medical Center’s team that delivers high-quality medical services.

As a leader among clinical staff, you will ensure nursing practice complies with current standards, guidelines, and regulations governing the center, contributing to a safe and patient-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in Idaho.
• BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer and prior to providing direct patient care.
• ACLS certification within six months of hire and to maintain current.

Responsibilities

• Under the general direction of the providers, you are delegated the autonomous authority, responsibility, and accountability necessary for carrying out assigned duties.
• Provide direct patient care and assist the providers in delivering world-class medical care.
• Lead other clinical staff members.
• Nursing practice must be within current standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern the center.
